Post-Bacc EPP (Educator Preparatory Program) students who aim to earn their alternative teaching certification may receive funds to cover tuition and applicable fees for up to 6 courses.

Eligible, degree and/or certification seeking graduate students may receive support for:
-A maximum of 12 SCH per 16 week session
-A maximum of 6 SCH per 8 week session

*Funds are applied to tuition & fees only!*

Project GRAD awardees will not be eligible for any additional scholarships or stipends once Project GRAD funds are disbursed.

Students recieving GES, GSS, GA or IMPACT funding are not eligible for this opportunity.

To ensure the application receives maximum consideration, please fill out all information.

Award requirements are:

1. Applicant must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA

2. Applicant must be a full-time Graduate Student , Alternative Teacher Certification Student, or Professional Certificate Student

3. Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen

4. Application must include a 500-word minimum personal statement explaining how receiving this award would aid the applicant

5. Applicant must remain in good standing with the program

6. Must demonstrate financial hardship, and low-income status, through documentation.

Note: The Department of Education defines low income as the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) multiplied by 150%, determined by the number of household members and the household income.
